(Our personal theory) U Mobile system determines which data bucket to use based on which tower you are connected to. If the tower’s TAC (tracking area code) is not from Labuan/Sabah/Sarawak, the Peninsular Malaysia quota is used. If the tower’s TAC is from Labuan/Sabah/Sarawak, Borneo quota is used instead.

U Home 5G is a data-only postpaid plan without any contract. Suitable for those who doesn’t have fibre broadband at their location or don’t like to be tied with 24-month contract that is imposed on pretty much all fibre plans out there.

Yes mempunyai masalah dengan peranti Apple iPhone/iPad. Data boleh digunakan (perlu set APN secara manual) tetapi pangilan memerlukan iOS 13 ke atas & SMS tidak boleh digunakan langsung di iPhone. Sesetengah peranti Apple mungkin tidak akan bersambung ke rangkaian Yes (no service) walaupun SIM sudah dimasukkan.
Jika anda mempunyai data dari Yes Databack x Shopee, anda tidak boleh menggunakannya sebagai data hotspot. Anda perlu menunggu sehingga pelan Kasi Up Prepaid Unlimited ini luput atau membeli data hotspot tambahan seperti di atas.
